Shaper cutters are the heart of every gear shaping machine. We manufacture shaper cutters from scratch, regrind worn shaper cutters and refurbish heavily worn ones with edge chipping – suitable for Fellows, Liebherr and Lorenz machines. Through in-house design and 5-axis CNC grinding we deliver process-reliable tools with reproducible quality.

- Module 0.5 to 12, straight and helical
- PM-HSS shaper cutters, HSS-E and carbide
- Involute shaper cutters & customer-specific profiles
- Disc, bell and shank-type shaper cutters
- In-house design and profile layout
- DIN 1825/1826 or customer-specific – with inspection report
- Original geometry restored incl. recoating (Oerlikon Balinit, AlCrona)

Drawing, gear data or sample part – we design the shaper cutter ready for manufacturing or analyse the wear pattern.
2. Quote & release
You receive a firm quote including lead time, tolerances and – for new manufacturing – a design review.
3. Manufacturing or regrinding
Turning, hardening, profile grinding on 5-axis CNC – or face and flank grinding of existing shaper cutters – with inspection report.
4. Coating & shipping
Optional recoating in one package, then ready-to-install delivery.
